8th Annual QAS Ladies’ Night and Quarter Auction

Thursday, Sept. 27th from 6:30-10:00pm

Located in the Queen of All Saints Gym

Q: What is the Ladies' Night and Quarter Auction?  How does it all work?

A: This Home and School Association event is Queen of All Saint School’s 2nd largest fundraiser and the first social event to kickoff our school year!  We have many elements to the evening.  Mix and mingle, visit our Swag Bag Sponsor All For You and check out their Ladies Night specials, shop at Runaway Wardrobe boutique for special Ladies Night deals or snap a selfie in the photo booth provided by Fun Photo Events.   Music will be provided courtesy of our very own Scott Gurley.  The bidding portion of the night will begin at approximately 7pm.  Listen for your paddle number to be called, as there will be some AWESOME prizes this year!  Also, you can participate in the Silent Auction and Raffle Basket drawings!  Here's how it all works:

QUARTER AUCTION:  You receive 1 bid number (paddle) upon registration and will be eligible to win the prizes in each auction round.  If your bid number is called, you win!  You will have the opportunity to buy additional bid numbers to increase your chances to win our amazing prizes!

POWER PLAY: We are bringing back the wildly successful and fun “POWER PLAY” twist to each round where you will have the option to up your game and win additional prizes by dropping $.25 (one quarter) into the container at the center of your table.  If your bid number is called and you dropped your quarter for the POWER PLAY option, you win the auction prize for that round AND an additional POWER PLAY prize of your choice!

SILENT AUCTION:  You will have the opportunity to bid on special, high value items with cash or credit card, only.  You will also be able to view and bid on our “Keepsake Row” projects specially created by our amazing teachers and students.  Think bidding war!

RAFFLE BASKETS:  You will receive 5 raffle tickets upon registration (or 10 raffle tickets if registered before Aug. 13th) to use for your chance to win any of the fun themed baskets we'll have on display.  You will have the opportunity to purchase more raffle tickets to increase your chances of winning.

TEACHER FASHION SHOW:  The new fan favorite element!  Come watch our teachers strut their stuff as they take it from the hallway to the runway!  They’ll be showcasing some of Runaway Wardrobes best Fall pieces!
