QAS Ladies' Night and Quarter Auction - FAQ

Ladies Night And Quarter Auction Invitation

7th Annual QAS Ladies’ Night and Quarter Auction
Thursday, Sept. 28th from 6:30-10:
Located in the Queen of All Saints Gym

Q: What is the Ladies' Night and Quarter Auction?  How does it all work?

A: This Home and School Association event is Queen of All Saints' 2nd largest fundraiser and the first social event to kickoff our school year!  We have 2 elements to this year's event.

1. Sip, Shop and Sample

Mix and mingle, enjoy live music and visit our special Vendor area with hand selected local businesses that will be providing free samples, discounted shopping and complimentary services.  10% of all sales will go back to our fundraising efforts!

2.  The Quarter Auction

Win awesome prizes through our Quarter Auction, Silent Auction and Raffle Basket drawings!  Here's how it works:

Quarter Auction:  You receive 1 bid number upon registration and will be eligible to win the prizes in each auction round.  If your bid number is chosen, you win!  This year we've added a new twist to each round, a “POWER PLAY” option, where you can up your game and win additional prizes by dropping $.25 (one quarter) into the container at the center of your table.  If your bid number is called and you dropped your quarter for the POWER PLAY option, you win the auction prize for that round AND an additional POWER PLAY prize of your choice!

Silent Auction:  You will have the opportunity to bid on special, high value items with cash or credit card, only.  Think bidding war!

Raffle Basket Drawings:  You will receive 5 raffle tickets upon registration to use for your chance to win any of the fun themed baskets we'll have on display.

Q: How do I register and purchase a ticket?

A:  Go to www.  to register and purchase your ticket.  If you're unable to sign up online, please contact the rectory at 314-846-8207 and Mary or Rose will help you.

Q: What is included in the price of my ticket?

A: You'll receive live music entertainment, access to all vendors, 1 bid number, 5 raffle tickets and a special gift. Additional bid numbers will be sold for $5.00. 6 Raffle tickets will be sold for $5.

Q: Is this event limited to parishioners and school families only?

A: NO! This event is open to EVERYONE!  We encourage you to invite friends and family so much that we've created an INCENTIVE!  For every person you invite that is not a member of our parish or school community, you will receive an extra bid number!  Have them enter your name as the referral in the allotted field upon registration.

Q: Do I need to register for a table?

A: No, there is only open seating.  Come alone and make new friends or come with a group.

Q: Can I still bring my own food and drinks?

A: Yes! Please bring your own food and drinks.  Light sampling will be available in our vendor area, but there will not be food and drinks available for purchase.

Q: Can I donate something to the Auction?

A: Yes! Donations will be gladly accepted.  Please send donations through the school office, or contact Beth Savens or Nicole Farris to arrange for pick up.

Q: What else will the night entail?

A: Aside from the vendors and quarter auction, we will enjoy live music, a Teacher Fashion Show, browse raffle baskets eligible for winning, and introduce the brand new silent auction featuring “The Keepsake Garden”.

Q: Who can I contact if I still have questions or if I’m interested in volunteering for the event?

A: Please email or call Elizabeth Savens (, 314-393-0968) or Nicole Farris (, 314-420-0863).
